注文方法

ファックス、またはメールにて注文書をお送りください。
請求書、納品書、送り状をお送りいたします。
ご入金確認後、品物を出荷致します。
注文後のキャンセルは原則的にお引き受け出来ませんので予めご了承願います。

保証

不良製品に対する弊社の対応および責任は、不良製品の交換(在庫がある場合)または顧客が支払った代金の返金のいずれかとします(商品の販売金額を限度とします)。弊社から購入後30日以内に不具合についての書面での連絡(あるいは電話での口頭連絡)と不良品の返品があることを条件とします。

支払い方法

支払い方法は銀行振り込みのみになります。

発送方法

発送は全て佐川急便になります。
1回の発送部品金額(消費税抜き)が1万円以上の場合はサービスさせて頂いております。
1万円未満の場合は、着払いでの発送となります。

Terms and Conditions

General

  1. As we, Pacific Corporation Japan, note hereby, This Terms and Conditions will affect to all parts purchased by Buyer.
  2. We, Pacific Corporation, are NOT responsible for End-User/ Third party.
  3. Parts are kept in safe and best condition as New and Original.
  4. Quality and Quantity will be guaranteed for 30days. The Term will start counting on the day reception of Parts at Buyer’s or Buyer’s appointed shipping address from Pacific Corporation.
  5. We have parts New and Original.
    Minimum Purchase Amount of Value(MOV): 150USD. Shortage will be charged for 30USD.
  6. Shipment Term: FOB/ FCA Tokyo Japan or Ex-works
  7. Shipment will NOT be insured unless instructed by buyer.
  8. Basic payment terms : TT in Advance . or escrow 10days
  9. Payment must be Telegraphic Transfer.
  10. Payment must be made in US Dollar.
    All Bank Charges Must be Paid by Buyer to Complete Payment
  11. No Parts Analysis or Test available at Pacific Corporation. Pacific Corporation as the seller is NOT responsible to provide Failure Analysis report by all means.

RETURN and REFUND

  1. *Warranty* All Remarked, Refurbished, Damaged, Oxidant or Missing parts will Be Replaced by Return and Refund or Replacement Parts With Written Notice for Replacement Within 30/45days(Upon Negociation) of Warranty terms. No Replacement, Returns and Refund will be available Without Written Notice in 30days or Exceeded dates of Warranty period.
    After the warranty expires, If the parts are found to have a problem by any parties, Pacific Corporation is NOT responsible and will NOT defray on the Rework Charges, Replacement, and Freight Charges. Pacific Corporation is NOT responsible for any cost of third party who undertakes any work carried on the parts.
  2. Return freight will be on Buyer in Case of End-User’s Denial/Refusal or NO FAULTS on Parts’ Quality and Quantity. As in case of damaged or faulty parts’ replacement/return freight will be on Pacific Corporation.
  3. All Returns Must have RMA Number from us Pacific Corporation. When Buyer request for an RMA Numbers, please provide the invoice number as reference. It will expedite the whole process. Follow further instruction from Pacific Corporation.
  4. Buyer Must Provide Pacific Corporation a Tracking Number and date returned parts have shipped out. All shipped parcel must have Commercial Invoice.
  5. *Refunds*All refund information which is provided by Buyer will be kept with confidence.
  6. All refunds will be placed in US Dollar. NO Currency Exchange available.
    For Faulty Parts, Full Refund for Goods with All Bank Charges will be placed. Otherwise Overseas Bank Charges are on Buyer’s side. Freight is NOT refundable.
    Purchase Credit will also be available if asked.
